1. Giving consent
Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to the identified controller processing personal data supplied through the selected form on https://dellerev.com. I confirm using a separate checkbox that starts unchecked. Consent covers the purpose of the form I submit, not every site service at once.
2. Purposes and data
Account creation and access: name, email, authentication and necessary connection data. Enquiries and advice: name, phone and message. Deller GPT advice: messages, attachments, conversation identifier and connection data, using giga.talisman.ms and GigaChat models. The selected purpose is stated beside the form and in this document. Necessary order data may have a contractual basis without adding unrelated purposes to this consent.
3. Methods and operations
I permit automated and manual collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access by properly authorised parties for the chosen purpose, restriction, deletion and destruction under Law No. 152-FZ and the Deller EV policy.
4. Limits
Data covered by this consent is not public. Consent does not authorise advertising messages, analytics counters or public disclosure. Applicable disclosure requires its own lawful basis and separate consent. Declining chat or a publication does not restrict browsing or ordering.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts only as long as needed for the chosen purpose and can be withdrawn at any time. Purpose-specific retention and continuing grounds are described in policy section 7. Send a request to dan@talisman.ms or the controller's postal address, identifying the account or enquiry and purpose. The controller verifies ownership and acts within statutory deadlines. Continued processing after withdrawal requires a separate lawful basis.
6. Governing documents
Russian Law No. 152-FZ, including Articles 6 and 9, and the dellerev.com personal data policy apply. This consent is separate from the policy, orders and other accepted documents. Confirmation refers to the document version and language displayed on the page.
